On Wednesday 4 February, the NI Frontline Network will be holding an in-person workshop at the Clooney Hall in Derry/Londonderry focused on effective communication to manage conflict.
The course, which is delivered by Tides, blends theory with practical exercises and role-play to help frontline professionals navigate conflict in homelessness settings.
Participants will explore de-escalation techniques, active listening, maintaining boundaries, and managing difficult conversations with clients and colleagues.
As is the case with all Frontline Network events and workshops, the meetup is entirely free to attend for staff working directly with people at risk of or experiencing homelessness. All we require is for you to sign up to the Northern Ireland Frontline Network newsletter. You can sign up here.
*There are limited spaces for this training, so places will be provided on a first come, first serve basis. So that as many organisations as possible can benefit from this course, organisations will be limited to a maximum of four places each. However, we will run a waiting list to make sure that as many people as possible can benefit.
