In this months lunchtime forum, Natalie Timothy, Learning and Development Coordinator at Homeless Connect, will be facilitating a discussion on staff wellbeing – looking at the hierarchy of needs in the workplace. Working in homelessness settings can be challenging and it is important to manage and maintain our own wellbeing as staff. In this forum you will have the opportunity to discuss with others in the sector tips and tools for supporting your own wellbeing.
The aim of these lunchtime forums is to build up a community of practice across the housing and homelessness sector in Northern Ireland. Through the community of practice we hope to strengthen relationships between individuals and organisations working in the sector and give opportunities to share good practice and learn from each other, so be sure to come along and share you insights and knowledge.
