We are pleased to introduce Caoilfhionn Cassidy, who joined Homeless Connect as our Marketing and Communications Coordinator in July 2025.

Caoilfhionn is an experienced Communications and Marketing Executive. Her career has been defined by a passion for crafting compelling messaging and delivering impactful campaigns that resonate with audiences.

Before joining Homeless Connect, Caoilfhionn worked as a Marketing Executive in the technology and entertainment sectors. She has experience planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns, creating blogs, case studies and event content, and analysing performance to drive leads. Previously, at BBC Audience Services (Capita), she managed websites, social media, and stakeholder communications.

Marketing and Communications
In her new role at Homeless Connect, Caoilfhionn will lead the delivery of our communications strategy, raising the profile of both the organisation and our member services. She will also focus on promoting our operational programmes, including FareShare and the Home Starter Pack, as well as supporting key campaigns such as Homelessness Awareness Week.
