Meet Melanie.

As a registered nurse, Melanie has held a number of management roles in learning and development and care practice within the health and social care sector in Northern Ireland. She brings a unique blend of practical expertise, skills and client centred approach to learning and development, making her an asset in her role as learning and development coordinator.

Melanie is also an associate lecturer for the Open University, where she has extensive experience in supporting adults re-enter education and achieve qualifications.

In her role as Learning and Development Coordinator Melanie will play a vital role in assisting with the development and implementation of training programmes and ensuring that staff in the homelessness sector in NI are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to address the complex challenges faced by people experiencing homelessness.
