We are delighted to announce that Natalie Timothy has joined the team here at Homeless Connect as our new Learning and Development Coordinator.
Natalie joined us in May 2024. She has previous experience working in research and development roles in health and social care services in both Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Natalie has a MSc in Health Psychology and has a particular interest in health and social inequalities as well as issues related to homelessness.
Most recently, Natalie worked as a research associate for HarmonI where she had the opportunity to explore and embed Psychologically Informed approaches to care and support. She collaborated with a range of organisations across the UK, bringing back insights and sharing them with the wider sector through learning and development events and workshops both online and in person.
Currently Natalie is a director and co-editor of the PIELink. She coordinates the ever-growing community of practice and facilitates a range of online discussion forums and special interest groups on topics surrounding complex needs and service development/improvement.
In her role as Learning and Development Coordinator Natalie is responsible for collaborating with members and designing training and which is applicable and responsive to the needs of member organisations.
