There have been three significant staffing changes at Homeless Connect in recent months.
Head of Business Solutions
Firstly, we are delighted to announce the appointment of our new Head of Business Solutions, Paula Maskey. Paula has nearly 20 years’ experience working and volunteering within the community sector including 10 years as Chair of The Bytes Project. Paula is responsible for leading and delivering on our business operations and working as part of the Executive and wider staff teams to help achieve our mission and strategy.
Head of Operations (Warehousing)
Secondly, Declan McKillop has taken on the role of Head of Operations (Warehousing). Declan had formerly held the position of FareShare NI Operations Manager. In his new position, he is responsible for responsible for leading and delivering on Homeless Connect’s FareShare and Home Starter Pack operations.
FareShare NI Operations Manager
Thirdly, Roisin Colohan has taken on the role of FareShare NI Operations Manager. Roisin had previously held the position of Floor Supervisor at FareShare NI. Roisin is responsible for the day-to-day management of FareShare operations in NI, ensuring the highest of standards are met in terms of compliance and service delivery.
We believe these appointments will increase the capacity of Homeless Connect to serve the needs of our members and Community Food Members in the months and years to come.
