Two practical workshops delivered by Rejig consultancy will introduce participants to design thinking methodology and mindset.
If services no longer meet or could be changed to better meet the needs of people experiencing homelessness, how can new and/or better services be designed and delivered? These practical workshops delivered by Rejig consultancy will introduce participants to the design thinking methodology and the mindset, tools and process to help drive innovation. They will also create a unique information sharing opportunity and encourage all the participants to experience the value of working together and the potential power of collaboration to tackle a challenge. These workshops are suitable for those responsible for strategic and operational management and delivery of homelessness support services across the statutory and voluntary sector. Please note the time commitment required and the need to attend both sessions.
